It was Sunday, and we were feeling adventurous.
Iva hadn’t slept well on Saturday, and the change in time zone was hitting Mom and Dad as well.
We started by going to Long Bridge Park in Alexandria. Iva enjoys seeing the dogs that go by, the plans taking off or landing at DCA, and the occasional trains rolling by.
Then we went down the road a bit to Potomac Yard for some lunch, and finished up our adventures at a playground at Potomac Yard Park.
